This retreat gives you the opportunity to explore many authentic Ayurveda treatments including Ayurveda organic vegetarian food according to your own body and mind condition. Most importantly, you will be guided toward a steady body-mind harmony that will allow you to rest in greater health, joy, and inner calm.
During this retreat, you will be accommodated at Ayurveda Living Village. All the rooms are located close to the beach and all rooms have attached toilet, shower, and a veranda. You will get double, shared, or single room (as per your choice) close to the beach. If you are coming with your children (below 5 years old, get free food and accommodation), you can accommodate them in your own room. You will be provided an extra bed if you need.
During this retreat, you will be doing yoga and meditation. The main purpose of yoga is to isolate the mind of all thoughts, worries, and fears, and to increase the strength and flexibility of the body. The regular practice of yoga can help keep stress and tension at bay and facilitate the mind to a state of well-being and peace.
Ayurveda and yoga are science sisters. While Ayurveda is mainly concerned with the health of the body and the mind, yoga deals with mental health issues. Yoga exercises help with their preventive and curative effect to bring the neurohormones and the metabolism of the body in a natural order and balance and improve endocrine metabolism. This practice covers the stress and stress-related disorders in a natural way.
Meditation is to attain high concentration levels and takes in the inner depths of the mind. The road to meditation consists of three phases; Dharana (concentration), Dhyana (meditation), and samadhi (enlightenment). At the concentration for a long time to any particular cause, and the attention is fixed or meditation Dhyana is reached. Prolonged meditation leads to samadhi or enlightenment.
During this retreat, you will get one complimentary activity per week. The activities include house boat tours. water fall and rain forest tour, elephant caring center visiting tours, shopping tour, and many more.

This retreat will take place in Kerala, India. You will be staying at Ayurveda Living Village which is located just 30 meters away from the beach at the west coastline (Kaipamangalam Beach) in Thrissur district, Kerala, South India. There is no any other hotels, resorts, and shops nearby in this area. It is a small fisherman village situated really away from the crowd, a perfect place for relaxation and peaceful for your body and mind.
During this retreat, you will be served with Ayurvedic organic vegetarian food 3 times a day according to your body and mind constitution. Ayurveda Living Village serves only vegetarian food. Most of the food are organically grown seasonal fruits and vegetables from Ayurveda Living Village's own cultivating farm and also collected from selected farmers or shops in the village.
This is in depth analysis of your health history and current health concerns / problems. Your body type and your current state imbalance will be determined first (prakruti and vikruti). Everything will be explained in terms that you can easily understood and a guideline will be introduced on how to implement Ayurveda into your everyday life. You will get a recommendation of lifestyle adjustments, dietary plan and, if appropriate, herbs.
This is a deeply relaxing treatment focusing on the face and head which is an area where large part of the your central nervous system is placed.
