At Back 2 Earth, you can have as much free time as you wish or spend the day with Marc and Jenny. You might find yourself picking fruit and veggies, feeding the baby farm animals, fencing, sweeping out the farm shed, collecting eggs, or prepping food in the kitchen. At the farm, you can do everything or nothing at all, the choice is yours.

During the winter months, you can enjoy the crackle and warmth of the outdoor fire pit, make sure to bring your musical instruments for a sing-a-long. Back 2 Earth is also happy to cater for guests with special dietary requirements. There are three different types of farm stay accommodations to suit your style:

Back 2 Earth provides the perfect setting to escape the daily stressors of life, giving you the chance to simply take time out, take a breath, and refocus. The program commences on Monday morning in time for lunch with a departure on Sunday morning after breakfast.

There will be three sessions of relationship counseling by Jenny, aimed at improving communication, intimacy, resolving difficulties, reaching agreements in areas including parenting, finances, work/life balance, and whatever area you, as a couple, would like to focus on. These sessions would take place on Tuesday, Thursday, and Saturday.

There will also be three massage therapy sessions per person. You will be able to choose whatever type of massage you would like. These massages would take place on Monday, Wednesday and Friday. You will also have access to wander around the grounds, get involved in the farm life, go for a bushwalk, a swim in the ocean, and/or meander through Berry village.

Relationship Counseling

Relationship difficulties can be painful and confusing and can negatively affect all other areas of your life. Very few have been taught how to have a good relationship. Most are doing the best they can and often find themselves reacting rather than responding to intense situations.

Symptoms of a troubled relationship include affairs, controlling behavior, verbal abuse, imbalance of power, lack of intimacy, financial issues, poor communication, frequent arguments, feeling disconnected and alone, sexual problems, painful childhood memories, undermining parenting styles, and difficulties in relating to stepchildren and in-laws. Over time, relationships, individual needs, and future goals change.

Couple counseling provides an opportunity to rediscover who you are and who your partner is within the relationship. Couple counseling can also help you and your partner understand the dynamics and patterns within your relationship. It offers a safe and comfortable place where you can talk openly, know that the conversation will not get out of hand, and that both of you will be supported in being heard.

Being able to communicate effectively helps a relationship stay on track, especially during times of transition. Even if couples decide to separate and children are present, counseling often helps to refocus and reprioritize on parenting, rather than on relationship issues. It also helps to be able to communicate better down the track. As parents, you will be in each other’s lives for a very long time. Your children will benefit enormously if you can negotiate, deal with conflict, and make united decisions concerning your children.
