Through the use of the Hatha yoga system, Bagus jati invites you to start and continue your yogic journey with us and experience feelings of total well being, release feelings of happiness, love, laughter, harmony and fun, and achieve lifes true success, that of a peaceful mind.
Enjoy the nurturing and harmonious atmosphere of Bagus Jatis specially designed yoga / meditation pavilion. In this unique space, where walls open up to a natural bamboo forest, immerse in oneness with mother nature, while practicing yoga, Pilates, and meditation. Daily one-to-one private instruction and group classes are available. Synchronize inner peace with the rising or setting of the sun to enjoy a memorable experience.
Detoxifying spa treatments
During the program, you will have 1 rejuvenation body massage (60 minutes) and 2 sessions of detoxifying combination spa treatments. You may choose one of the following items per session:
- Balinese massage, slimming body mask, and wrap (75 minutes)
- Javanese massage, Balinese white clay body mask, and herbal steam (75 minutes)
- Balinese massage and hydrotherapy herbal bath (75 minutes)
- Cellulite massage and coffee scrub (75 minutes)
- Ayurveda "shirodara" treatment (60 minutes)
Additionally, you will also have unlimited access to Bagus Jatis health and well-being facilities which comprise pool, gym, hot Jacuzzi and herbal steam bath in spa pavilion.
Ayurvedic shirodhara
This treatment is effective to improve memory. Lukewarm medicated oil will be poured on the forehead and head continuously and then massaging is done to the scalp. It also prevents and cures illness such as paralysis, senile dementia, neurological ailments and certain types of psychiatric diseases.
Meditation
Bagus Jatis instructor will guide you through this simple relaxing technique of visualization, allowing you to better understand this stress release technique of how to still the mind.
