These retreats are my offering to the world. Everything that I teach whether it is about food, nutrition, yoga practice, spirituality or life attitude is coming from the depth of my heart and years of huge self-work and own practice. Yoga is a powerful ancient method for self-growth. As a fundamental knowledge about asana and pranayama, I use Iyengar yoga approach as it is great for bringing one’s body into general alignment. Women’s practice approach by Gita Iyengar is something that I use when working with women of all ages.
You can not find a better location to treat your body and mind like in the heart of Bali. Famous Ubud is the place that attracts lots of yogis and spiritual guides. This place is full of mystery, consciousness, and great inspiration. Balinese temples, picturesque roads for walking, rice paddies views, peacefulness, and yet you can feel its heartbeat.The location is so comfortable that you may reach waterfalls, mountains, and beaches easily.
The private high-comfort villa is far away from a busy city so that you could surrender and enjoy the sounds of birds, rest well, and breath fresh air. Ubud is not just the place, it is state of mind and a beautiful state of being.

You will be served fresh, organic cold-pressed juices three times per day. Moreover, there will be young coconut water, herbal tea, and vegetable broth. On the fifth day, you will have one breaking the fast meal.
While you are here, there will be no need to worry and make plans. Everything will be planned ahead and you will be given a daily timetable. Your job is to rest and reflect, enjoy the present moment, slow down, and practice letting go. You can also walk among the beauty of the rice fields and go for local shopping.
You are entitled to one hour and a half complimentary treatment which includes Balinese massage, body scrub mask, sauna and flower bath.
Please book your flight to arrive at Ngurah Rai International Airport (DPS). Bliss Body Retreats will pick you up from the airport. Transfer from and to the airport is included in the price.
