The detox program is created to remove old waste and toxins that your bodies store. With creative raw food meals and day of organic green juice fasting, be sure to see yourself losing weight, having glowing skin, tight tissues, and simple shine from the inside out. Yoga practice, breath work, and meditations will take your mind and body to the next level of flexibility and openness. Mindful Vinyasa flow will be used to move, and open your body slowly and deeply, to give you a new understanding of how to perform asana in your own unique way and flow with ease. Intention setting meditation will help you to find out your main goal and desires, and take them into your subconscious level.
Delve deep into the realms of relaxation as you enjoy the benefits of increased mental clarity, a feeling of youthfulness and improved tone and strength. You will start our day at 6:30 a.m. with a yoga session on an open terrace with a magnificent beach view. During seven days, you will practice asanas (postures) and pranayamas (breath work) to strength your body and mind.
