During this retreat, you will stay either in a private or a shared room. The Waterfall Villas are located right on top of the waterfalls with the stream of water that feeds the main waterfall out in front of your balcony.
The Waterfall Villas can accommodate up to 16 guests comfortably and each villa has two separate suites. Each Suite has a separate entrance and private bathroom as they are totally private.
The Waterfall Villas are a balance of the elements using authentic Feng Shui architecture design. Designed to emphasize the natural beauty of the waterfalls through many windows, spectacular lighting, and open air areas that contain ever moving energy.
The Jade spa Jacuzzi suite has a private Jacuzzi and a Krishna carving in limestone in the entrance, a luxury design with two queen-sized bamboo beds, a luxury private bath, a private rainforest garden with jade walls and goddess statues, an outdoor professional vita apa Jacuzzi, its own private spa treatment area, stain glass tropical flowers, air conditioning, and a minibar.
This retreat will be held at The Waterfall Villas in Dominical, Costa Rica. The Waterfall Villas are located 500 meters above sea level where the mountains rise very quickly. Located near several beaches yet far enough into the rainforest, the plants and animal diversity is stunning and exotic.
The exotic southern pacific beaches extend all the way to the Osa peninsula and are within easy reach by the Pan American highway. This area is called the Costa Ballena or "Whale Coast" for the large number of migratory whales spotted here.
During this retreat, you will be served three daily delicious detox, organic, and vegetarian meals plus fresh coconut water or fresh noni juice. All meals will be personalized based on your needs and goals using macrobiotics, Ayurveda, or raw vegan detox diet with organic ingredients, no chemical additives, no sugar, no gluten.
You will be served for dinner a zucchini soup, a vegan rainbow of grains casserole which has three layers made with forbidden black rice cooked in fresh coconut milk and quinoa in fresh beet juice, polenta cooked in coconut water and fresh carrot juice and then topped with a fresh mushroom gravy (no dairy), and an avocado garnish mango strawberry tart accompanied by a fresh starfruit juice.
For breakfast, you will enjoy a fresh noni drink or fresh coconut water, a fresh fruit plate, organic coffee and tea, a tropical smoothie or a fresh squeezed orange juice, and cereals. For lunch, you will be served a fresh organic garden salad with Maracuya vinaigrette dressing and vegetable canopies. And for dinner, you will enjoy a white bean soup Mediterranean a Moroccan tangine of vegetables with couscous immortal chocolate parfait (no dairy) and natural sweeteners along with a ginger tea.
For breakfast, you will enjoy a green goddess smoothie, fresh fruits, spelt banana pancakes, and organic coffee and tea. For lunch, you will be served live nori rolls with heart of palm with vegetable pate and fresh veggies and fresh juice. And for dinner, you will enjoy a carrot coriander soup sweet and sour with tofu and organic vegetables, Buddha’s brown rice raw passion fruit tart, and fresh juice.
For breakfast, you will enjoy a tropical smoothie, organic coffee and tea, chia seed porridge with coconut, and fruit. For lunch, you will be served a vegan broccoli quiche with waldorf salad and fresh juice. And for dinner, you will enjoy a squash soup vegan Spanish paella with organic veggies, mora berry tart, and fresh juice.

This is one of the highlights of the Southern region of Costa Rica. This pristine national park has the most incredible diving and snorkeling in Costa Rica with 65 feet visibility. Begins by boat through the mangroves of Sierpe about 40 minutes’ drive from the Waterfall Villas. You will also pass through the ocean just past the mangroves to enter to the closest park entrance. This tour is a must do! The Nauyaca Waterfall is a spectacular double decker falls with a gigantic swimming hole set in the rain forest. Their guide can take guests hiking from the back roads in rural Costa Rica through virgin rainforest to discover one of the largest waterfalls in the country. Swimming hole at this gigantic waterfall is amazing - get under the waterfall!
You will leave the Hotel around 08:30 right after an early breakfast. On the way, you will pass Diamante Falls the largest Waterfall in Costa Rica – set into a steep hill of virgin rain forest called the "Fila de Tinamaste”. The trip starts in the mountains about 30 minutes from the Waterfall Villas by the idyllic town of San Salvador. From there, you continue into the rural countryside until reaching the trail that takes you through the pristine rain forest to the Nauyaca Waterfalls about a one hour hike.

Setting off from Playa Pinuelas in the Ballena Marine National Reserve your Kayak tour will be fully guided. You will pass by the famous sea arches, blowholes, and several waves carved caves that are sometimes reachable for a visit depending on the tides and the surf conditions. In Dominical, the waves are some of the best in Costa Rica. Dominical Beach offers the opportunity to learn how to surf - a new sport to enjoy. Private surf lessons are offered. High in the Cerro de La Muerte mountains is one of the most beautiful highland areas where the Mayan sacred bird the Quetzal have chosen their habitat. In April, these birds are found caring for their young and can be seen easily returning to their nests. This guided Hike leaves the Waterfall Villas at 05:00 and you will have breakfast and lunch on the tour at selected local restaurants. The tour cost 150 USD per person with minimum 2 persons. A guided tour with all equipment provided. Starting from the back roads of Plantanillo to spectacular scenery in the hills of the Baru area you will go to an amazing secret Waterfall where you will have lunch close to the Guabo river, and then the trip continues to the Tres Piedras magnificent rainforest area which is quite unknown still to travelers where you may find abundant wildlife in such a secluded natural habitat.
To complete the tour, you will do a refreshing downhill on the way back to the Waterfall Villas where you can soak in yet another waterfall. This is a 4 hours tour or half day. In the many gorgeous rivers close by the Waterfall Villas. Your rafting operator will decide which is the best option given the conditions. Possibilities include the Guabo, Coto Brus, and the Savegre River. Various levels of difficulty and rapids make each river a unique adrenaline rush. There will also be an opportunity to see allot of wildlife on your adventure. Lunch is included. Day trip from 06:00. Suitable for age 14 and above, with swimming skills, and the ability to walk over slippery places.
During this retreat, you will enjoy two 90-minute therapeutic treatments and one 120-minute lava stone detox therapy. All treatments will be performed In the privacy of the spa and your therapist will first apply an organic oil and essential oils to take all of the stress from the body.
