During the retreat, you will stay at Villa Fabiana. It is a four-level villa located in Fanari, in the northern part of the island. The property has a heated pool, a private gym, and an outdoor tennis court. Spacious terrace with unobstructed views, hammocks, and loungers are also waiting for you.

You will stay either in master bedrooms or twin rooms. The master bedroom has a private veranda with sunbeds and sun loungers, and is equipped with air conditioner, a television with CD player, and a safety box. The twin room is an en-suite room with a double bed, which has a private veranda with sun beds and sun loungers. The room is air-conditioned and equipped with a television with CD player and a safety box.

First level

On the first level, there are five en-suite double bedrooms with private verandas with sunbeds and sun loungers. All rooms are air-conditioned, equipped with televisions and CD players as well as safety boxes.

Second level

The second level is the main entrance. There is a kitchen, a salon with sofas, an indoor and outdoor dining area for 20 guests, a heated pool of 90 square meters with a pool bar, sunbeds, sun loungers, relaxation areas, and a television with Dolby surround sound system. All areas are air-conditioned. There are also two en-suite master bedrooms with private verandas, equipped with air-conditioners and safety boxes.

Third level

On the third level, there are two master double bedrooms with private verandas with sunbeds and sun loungers, equipped with air conditioners, televisions, CD players, and safety boxes.

Fourth level

On the fourth level, there is a dining area for 20 guests, hammocks, a bar, sunbeds, sun loungers, a massage area, exterior triple bed for relaxation or sightseeing, Dolby surround sound system, special lighting for parties, and romantic events and unforgettable ceremonies just in front of the infinitive Aegean blue.

You will enjoy an exclusive wellness program tailored to your specific healthcare needs. The program includes a balanced amount of movement and relaxation, anti-inflammatory nutrition, and supplementation which is based on the pre-retreat health assessment and consultation.

Your program will begin one week prior to the retreat with a one-hour Skype or clinic session with Daria, where you will discuss your health situation, concerns, and goals, and fill in health assessment forms. You will also receive a pre-retreat elimination menu to help you prepare yourself for this journey. On one of the last days of the retreat, there will be a final 45-minute individual follow up consultation with Daria to discuss your well-being and measure the results.

    Daria Tiesler is a registered nutritional therapist, personal trainer, and performance coach with over 10 years of experience working with clients in the area of central London. Daria is popularizing a holistic approach to health and strong beliefs that mindful health practices can have a profound effect on your health and well-being. She is an advocate for functional and naturopathic nutrition that is aimed at nourishing your mind as well as the body.

The retreat will take place in Fanari, Mykonos.
