Snowdonia has received a certificate of excellence this year from TripAdvisor for the accommodation. Snowdonia Mountain Lodge has 21 bedrooms, with a selection of double, twin, and family rooms. During this retreat, you will be staying at Snowdonia Mountain Lodge, Snowdonia, United Kingdom in a private or double room.

Aside from that, family rooms are also available with one king-size bed and a single bed. You will also get your own free car-parking space. Dru Yoga is a graceful and potent form of yoga, based on flowing movements, directed breathing and visualization. With its foundations set firmly in ancient yogic tradition, Dru works on body, mind, and spirit therefore improving strength and flexibility, creating core stability, building a heightened feeling of positivity, and deeply relaxing and rejuvenating your whole being.

Designed to be practiced by people of all abilities, all fitness levels and all age groups, Dru is a style of yoga that can be quickly dipped into or learnt in more depth over a lifetime. Dru Yoga classes are available in the UK, Ireland, The Netherlands, across Europe, Australia, and Canada. Short Dru Yoga retreats and yoga holidays in these countries are also very popular.

Dru Yoga has its roots in hatha yoga and includes classical yoga postures (asanas), pranayama (breath work), mudras (gestures), positive affirmations, empowering visualizations, and powerful, flowing, dynamic sequences. Dry Yoga is known to keep your joints relaxed and soft during movement just like in Tai Chi. This creates flexibility and a free flow of subtle energy.

Aside from that, it is also known for Energy Block Release sequences (EBRs) which an easy-to-practize, flowing movements that help to release tension physically, mentally and emotionally. In Dru Yoga, all movements originate from the spine because a flexible, healthy spine will support your entire yoga practice. A deep understanding of core stability is a major focus. Dru Yoga works to balance the chakras which is the energy that centers of the body and access the powerful energy of the heart.     So Amazing

    CONS Cons: The room was a bit smelly and old . Not comfortable as I was expected .

    PROS Pros: The retreat was perfect from the yoga to meditation , food , the walk . Teachers were very friendly and helpful . People in my yoga class were friendly as well . I enjoyed a lot and laughed a lot . Food was so delicious and healthy .
