Our Wellness Classes are a combination of Energy Yoga, Healing Qigong, Breathing & Meditation. Each class is designed to awaken the body’s sensitivity. You will increase your power of total concentration and awareness of the more delicate energies moving in the body.

Guided Nature Walk:

Reconnect with nature as we take a mindful walk through the woods. Open your eyes and rediscover the beauty, majesty, grace, and mystery of the natural world, and find your place within it.

Guided Outdoor Meditations:

Personally selected by our in-house executive chef, the daily menu is designed to incorporate variety and a taste for all palettes, from healthy clean-eating to robust entrees, that are full of flavors

The breakfast includes a full selection of standard breakfast entrées. Enjoy fluffy scrambled eggs, sausage links, crispy bacon, seasoned breakfast potatoes, cinnamon French toast or Belgian waffles and so much more!

Lunch and Dinner

The Lunch and dinner menus include chef-selected main entrées to highlight the best ingredients offered each season. Enjoy three main entrées at lunch and four main entrées at dinner. Each meal includes a vegetarian-friendly main entrée selection, a salad, chef-selected rice or potato, seasonal vegetables and, of course, dessert! Vegan options are also available.

Please book your flight to arrive at Newark Liberty International Airport (EWR), LaGuardia Airport (LGA), or John F. Kennedy International Airport (JFK). Both John F. Kennedy International Airport (JFK) and LaGuardia Airport (LGA) offer shuttle service into Manhattan to the port authority bus terminal from 30 USD to 35 USD roundtrip. From port authority, transportation is available via Shortline Bus services to Honor’s Haven.

If you arrive at Laguardia or JFK airports, you may hire a shuttle service into Manhattan to the Port Authority Bus Terminal from 30 USD to 35 USD for the roundtrip.
