If you are new to yoga or meditation practices, learning in a yoga retreat provides you with the best way to start. If unsure whether a yoga retreat is suitable for you, please inquire for guidance. Relaxation is a goal and towards that end meditation and yoga retreats are structured to give you the tender attention you would expect from an exclusive vacation resort. We just remove all the noise and cost associated with crowded resorts.

Yoga weekend retreats include scenic bush-walks, wonderful food and lovely accommodations. This is your time and we intend to make the best of it to develop your meditation or yoga practice, as well as to pamper you with personal attention.

    Athill Singh provides practical sessions that don’t require students be an acrobat or a follower of any religion or structure. His journey with yoga and meditation was inspired by pain, as he suffered from back pain and stress. One condition fueled the other. He has used yoga to strengthen his muscles, improve his posture and balance. Now, he shares his knowledge with others so they can overcome painful conditions, achieve overall body conditioning and personal wellbeing.

This retreat will be held in Wisemans Ferry.
