Radha is the creator and director of Happy Healthy Pokhara Retreat. Radha is a charismatic excellent teacher, everyone falls in love with her warm and buoyant personality. She has a sociology degree from the School of Learning, Jana Matri College in Kathmandu. Radha is an RYT 200-hour certified yoga teacher from the Himalayan school of yoga in Pokhara, Nepal. She teaches beginner and intermediate Hatha and Vinyasa yoga classes at the retreat. Also, Radha is an expert in offering herbal remedies for health and healing. She also loves to have guests learn Nepali cooking, language, and culture.
Albert is a resident volunteer therapist at Happy Healthy Pokhara Retreat. He loves to engage the guests in lively meaningful chats. With 30 years of world travel, he has many stories to share. He is a psychotherapist, meditation teacher, massage therapist, and holistic health practitioner. Albert is experienced in detox and meditation practice and an expert in guiding people through lifestyle changes and internal cleansing and fasting programs. He shares yoga and Qigong with beginner yoga students. Albert is 76 years young and started doing yoga at 50. If he can do it so can you.

I really enjoyed the yoga retreat with albert and radha.We did a meditation walk in the morning to a nice canyon, which I really enjoyed and I also learned a lot about meditation from Albert. I had one yoga class with albert in the morning, which was more beginner's yoga with Sun salute and some stretching, perfect for the morning and in the afternoon a yoga class with radha. Radha really helped me improve some more difficult asanas. I felt really welcomed there and I would recommend it to everyone, who want to improve their asanas and learn some more about meditation.

"Home stay experience retreat"
I like the experience of being in a very traditional Nepali village and enjoying home made healthy meals with a relax schedule. It’s a great retreat for relaxation after having an intensive trekking.

Albert and Radha were great hosts who made sure we were very comfortable during our stay with them. The Nepali food was excellent and we received good quality yoga and meditation instruction from them.
