Come and learn how to embody mindfulness with I Feel Calm Retreats. This wellness retreat will help you release tension and toxins in body and mind, restore your energy, calmness, and clarity, and re-align your life. With body sensing mindfulness, you will also reduce stress and relieve pain, restore energy and vitality, reshape body and mind, learn to make wiser choices, live life with purpose, and set along the seaside in tranquil surroundings.
The maximum participants in the group is 6.
You will stay in private and semi-private accommodation.
The first session begins at 17:00, and the retreat ends after your lunch. I Feel Calm Retreats will share the simplicity of mindfulness to shift your life through body sensing yoga and mindful movement therapy, mindful mood, mindful language, mindful food, mindful body, and mindfulness in nature. Learn tools to keep you well and live with purpose and meaning while space is held for you to gain insight and reflect.
You will also experience mindful eating, mindful yoga, workshops to gain insight and discuss, cleansing energizing and alkalizing foods, food demonstrations, being in healing natural surrounds, and the opportunity to do individual sessions with wellness coaches and therapists. While feasting on clean alkalizing foods, you will have the opportunity to learn how to practice mindful movement to release pain and tension, get into a calm state instantly when stressed, uncover your purpose and meaning, and embody gratitude and what gratitude means to you.
During this retreat, you will have chances to experience the whale watching as well as walk around the nature reserve to explore the beautiful fynbos.
Nicholas is a mindful food and wellness coach who helps people to eat well, move well, and feel well. He facilitates wellness through yoga therapy, bodysensing, integrative massage, somatic coaching, and nutritional healing programs.
Yasmin is a mindfulness coach and somatic movement therapist with a fascination for the body and mind connection. It led to her creating a simple movement therapy called bodysensing. Easier than yoga or Pilates, bodysensing influences the nervous system through movement to reduce stress, relieve pain, and restore well-being.
The retreat will take place in Hermanus, Western Cape, South Africa.
During the retreat, you will be served vegan wholefoods, alkalizing, anti-inflammatory foods, juices, and smoothies.
You will have the opportunity to do individual coaching sessions with Somatic wellness coaches and body therapists as well as integrative massage sessions.
Please book your flight to arrive at Cape Town International Airport (CPT). Transfer from and to the airport is included. I Feel Calm Retreats will pick you up from the airport.
