Jiva Healing runs retreats around the world, focuses on cleansing and relaxing the body, mind, and soul through yoga, healthy eating, meditation, massage, and fasting.
Deborah is a certified Iyengar Yoga teacher with 18 years experience teaching classes, and workshops in Toronto and at a fasting retreat centre in Koh Samui Thailand. Most recently she offered classes at several of the Yoga Tree studios in Toronto. As an MBA from the Ivey Business School, and a former business manager, she is well aware of the stress inherent in todays workplace. Her intent is to share her experience and knowledge of yoga with others seeking to reduce stress and promote positive changes in their health and wellbeing.
Co-director of the Yoga Health Mandala and founder of HN Chavutti Massage Training, Helen hosts YTTs, intensives and seminars in India, Europe, Scandinavia and the USA. Her passion is sharing Scaravelli yoga that has brought many gifts and learnings to her life. Scaravelli inspired yoga is revolutionary and offers inspiring tools to deepen whatever style of Hatha yoga you practice. You will be guided into a beautiful journey of waves and spirals into your spine which can lead into a slow and safe release of tension as well as a new and profound learning of experiencing movement.

"Relaxing and inspiring"
The vegan food was a revelation...every meal was delicious and easy to recreate. The yoga was well led in a perfect environment allowing deep and restorative meditation to take place. Overall a lovely weekend I would highly recommend and very likely repeat in the future.

"Juice Fasting Yoga...."
I went on this break just for the yoga and ended up on a week of fasting. Unexpectedly loosing 10 Kg including 2-3 days after the week. Now to keep that off and keep on with the yoga.

"Yoga & Fasting retreat"
This was my first experience of a Yoga and fasting retreat in Turkey.We were made to feel so welcome as soon as we arrived and our instructor was so informative,helpful and supportive, nothing was too much trouble.
The yoga experience was exceptional, leaving us feeling so relaxed in mind & body.
I left this retreat feeling fantastic and I would recommend anyone to give it a try as you will not be disappointed with the results . Looking forward to returning next year.

The Creative Cooking, Conscious Eating and Yoga Retreat with Jiva Healing was simply amazing. First of all, Rebecca provided excellent instructions on getting to the retreat and I made it there early (even with the jet lag coming from Arizona, USA). Probably the best thing was the food. Such a large variety of deliciousness made from all vegan ingredients. Even now I'm attempting to make some of the meals today. Another great thing was the yoga, we had morning and evening sessions that were perfect for energy and relaxation. It was just enough to be challenging and Jemima, the yoga teacher, made every effort to be accommodating for all body types. My last comment is the company. We were a small group of 10 people from all varieties of life. I was made to feel comfortable within a day of being there. I truly wish that the retreat had gone on longer. I had planned my vacation for a weekend at the retreat and then 5 days in London. I now wish that it had been 5 days of retreat and 2 days in London!
