Littleton Mill is a 17th-century Wiltshire water mill set in ten acres of woodland and meadow on Semington Brook. Its large yoga space looks out over water. They have five spacious double and twin rooms, some en-suite and some with shared bathrooms, all finished to a high standard and painted in calming natural colors. Rooms are allocated on a first come, first served basis, and are newly renovated and stylish.


Many people subject their bodies to harmful lifestyles and diets that inhibit the body’s ability to cleanse and heal. Eating a poor diet of processed foods clogs up the digestive system with waste materials and prevents our bodies from absorbing vital nutrients, which can lead to health problems over time.

Fasting allows an incredibly effective cleansing process to take place in the body that reaches down to each and every cell and tissue. All your organs receive a well-deserved rest and a much-needed clear out. After 24 hours of not eating, the energy used for digestion is redirected towards clearing out waste matter, dead and damaged cells, gas, microbes, parasites and other toxins from your system. Without the chemical interference of stimulants like caffeine, nicotine, sugar and alcohol, your body is able to find a better natural balance.

A professional nutritional adviser will support you throughout the fasting process and optional one-to-one nutritional consultations will also be available for anyone wanting to go into more depth regarding their personal health story. During the fast you will consume organic fruit and vegetable juices, barley grass, vegetable broth and mineral supplements to provide you with the nutrients you need to nurture your body, as well as detoxifying herbs that will aid in the cleansing process. Psyllium husks will provide cleansing bulk and help stave off physical hunger.

Self-administered organic coffee enemas are done once daily to help the body to eliminate toxins. Twice daily yoga sessions are complemented by fun and informative classes on nutrition and healthy eating, sustainable living, meditation and happiness.

Halina Rozensztrauch
Halina is a Senior yoga teacher (SYT Yoga Alliance) with a background in Yin and Hatha yoga (Iyengar, Scaravelli, Sivananda and Restorative yoga). She has been practicing since 2002, started teaching in 2007 and in 2008 opened her YogaTree school in Rickmansworth where she holds weekly yoga classes and monthly yoga workshops. She also holds yoga retreats and workshops in various locations in Europe. Her teaching is complemented by a Thai yoga massage practice and her background in Somatic Psychology (Psychology degree, Person Centred and Existential approach and Art therapy).


Littleton Mill is a 17th-century Wiltshire water mill set in ten acres of woodland and meadow on Semington Brook. Its large yoga space looks out over the water, the perfect venue for relaxing and rejuvenating. The Mill is run entirely on renewable energy. It is just a few minutes away from the Kennet and Avon canal, a great place for walking, cycling or boating.

Wiltshire is an ancient county of unspoiled quiet beauty. Littleton is located between the villages of Semington and Seend. There are numerous historic places of interest and areas of natural beauty to visit in the surrounding areas.

How to get there

Driving directions from A350

Littleton Mill is the first left after a car dealer and lay-by on the right hand side. Once you turn into the lane, Littleton Mill is the last house at the very end of the lane.

Driving directions from Devizes

Take the first road on the right after the Lamb on the Strand pub into a country lane.

Driving directions from the M4

If you are driving on the M4, you can either take exit 14 and go through Hungerford, Marlborough, and Devizes (the scenic route) or you can take exit 17 and drive through Chippenham and Melksham on the A350.

Arrival by airplane

Please book your flight to arrive at Bristol Airport (BRS).

Arrival by train

It is very easy to travel to Littleton Mill by train, with regular train lines to London operating from Chippenham, which is a 15-minute drive away and Westbury, which is a 10-minute drive away.

Trains to Chippenham go from London Paddington and take around one hour and 10 minutes. Trains to Westbury from London Paddington and London Waterloo take around one hour 30 minutes. If you book in advance you can take advantage of cheaper fares.

Transfer from and to these stations is available upon request. You will either be picked up at the station for a small fee or a taxi will be organized for you which you may be able to share with other guests.

Cancellation Policy

  • A reservation requires a deposit of 50% of the total price.
  • The deposit is fully refundable if the booking is cancelled up to 45 days before the arrival date.
  • The rest of the payment should be paid 21 days before arrival.
