Accommodation is in a luxury eco-friendly spa hotel built with straw bales. This type of hotel is unique in the world. The Maya Boutique Hotel and Spa is composed of seven ecological, comfortable and romantic double rooms. Each room has a terrace and an unstoppable view of the Valais and the Alps.

Whatever the season, you will enjoy a magnificent panorama. From the green meadows of spring to the shimmering colors of autumn or the whiteness of snow-capped peaks, one never tires of such a view. You will find in each room a wood essence in the spotlight, you can fully enjoy the comfort provided by the furniture and facilities made by a local craftsman.


Before and after your stay

The preparation

Information for your fasting preparation will be sent to you before your stay. It is recommended to eat a bit less two or three days before breaking the fast and food after. On departure day, Maya Boutique Hotel will serve you your first meal. Information about what to eat when you return home will be communicated to you on various discussion workshops during the stay. You will also have the opportunity to learn many tips on how to implement healthy nutrition in your daily life.

Horse Back Riding

Katia will take you on the back of the horse to see the incredible nature around our village. All levels.


An approach zen of the "let go". You will learn the basics of archery in walking around in the forest. Pure pleasure!


Tibetan yoga Lu Jong with Romaine or Hatha Yoga with Angelina. We prefer to practice outdoors as much as possible (depending on the weather).

Visiting Germaine

Germaine Cousin Zermatten, the pope of wild plants. At 94 years of age, this very lively woman and her son Raymond will help you discover the ancestral knowledge of the power of medicinal plants. Only in French.

Cooking Classes

Louis will show you how to prepare simple and fast superfoods for people who have little time to cook. You will take the dishes you prepare with you back home to eat!

Creativity Workshops

Visual Arts, Musique and "Let Go": Be inspired by our artistic fiber. Different artistic activities to finish this week full of discoveries.
