The detox retreat program

• First weigh-in and measure, orientation, and consultation
• Choice of master cleanse or water

• Fresh fruit juice blend consisting of bananas, pineapple, coconut, blackberries, blueberries, raspberries, strawberries, cantaloupes, grapes, and pears
• Zumba every morning at 8 am
