This Ibiza raw food yoga retreat is hosted in a beautiful terracotta villa with sweeping views of the rugged west coastline of the island. Perched on the side of a cliff, the villa has a private infinity pool and large terrace overlooking the ocean and offering stunning sunset views.

Built in traditional Mediterranean style, the house’s thick stone walls offer a natural temperature control. Wooden beamed ceilings, heavy wood furniture, and colorful walls and carpets give the place a rustic chic feel.

The main house is divided over three floors. All bedrooms face the ocean and offer either full or partial ocean view. The master bedroom is the largest in the house and has a large en suite bathroom and spacious balcony. The ocean view twin and double room share one bathroom and both have a small private balcony. The poolside twin room is at the lower level at the pool terrace and has an en suite bathroom.

Next to the main house, there is a guesthouse with three more bedrooms. The junior suite, on the top floor, has an en suite bathroom and colorful rustic décor. The sunset suite is a gorgeous warm en suite bedroom with a private garden terrace. The Shanghai suite is a beautiful Asia-inspired room with a large bathroom with a tub and glass doors opening in a courtyard.

During this week-long retreat, you will focus on strengthening your asana practice, deepening the connection to yourself, and cleansing the body with prana-filled raw food. As the sun rises, you will be led through a daily guided morning meditation on the outdoor yoga deck overlooking the ocean, while the sound of the waves breaking on the shore in the background. Your morning yoga asana and pranayama (yogic breathing) class will awaken and energize you. The afternoon yoga class will be held with the sun low over the sea, after which you can enjoy a magical sunset dinner on the dining terrace.

Throughout the week, you will learn to move with awareness, strength, and balance. Your daily yoga asana classes will be catered to your specific body needs and will focus on the foundations of yoga, Vinyasa, Sivananda, Yin (long holds), yoga Nidra (guided meditation), and breath. Each class will have a theme and you will work on standing, seated, and balancing sequences.

As the week progresses, you will build from a foundation geared towards taking yoga home. Your knowledge will deepen during your daily yoga discussions on methodology, history, and alignment.

This retreat is perfect if you have an existing yoga practice, if you would like to deepen your body awareness, if you are interested in a multi-disciplinary approach to yoga, or if you would like to establish a new practice in your life. The goal is to let go of the past, be present in the now, and most of all, to be happy.

During the retreat, there will be a visit to one of Ibiza’s most beautiful beaches. You will also do an island day tour and enjoy a dinner out in Ibiza's best raw food restaurant on your last night.

During the retreat, you will be serve three meals per day. The menu during your Ibiza yoga detox and raw food retreat is meant to cleanse and energize the body. To optimize this process, you will eliminate all substances that compromise healthy digestion and cell rejuvenation. All the food served this week will be fully vegetarian and free of dairy, gluten, refined flours, and sugars. The menu will be 80% raw and 100% delicious.

These detoxifying, self-loving meals, together with yoga, meditation, and self-reflection will gear you towards a sense of fulfillment and happiness that you can only achieve by living a mindful non-toxic lifestyle.

During this Ibiza yoga retreat, you will also get the chance to learn how to make your own simple raw food dishes by taking part in cooking workshops. Mirella will personally introduce you to methods on how to create delicious smoothies, drinks, soups, starters, and main dishes. Afterwards you will receive a digital recipe booklet with the best workshop and retreat recipes to make at home.

Food is just one of the many ways we self-sabotage our well-being. This week you will focus on loving yourself and loving every cell of your body.

The villa you will be staying at is the perfect place to relax. There are plenty of lounge areas to catch up on some reading, write in your journal, and enjoy the sun. The pool invites you to go for a cool dip while enjoying the stunning views. It's only a short, but steep walk down to the sea, where you can have a swim (depending on the weather conditions).

    "Mirella is an excellent and very skilled yoga instructor; she is a kind and friendly person who makes you feel very much at ease in her classes. She is very patient, positive and very motivating when it comes to her instruction, which as a beginner made all the difference to me when learning the poses and techniques in the sessions. I had one on one sessions with Mirella and she was very good about structuring the classes to meet my personal needs, her guidance with regards to adjusting poses to make sure I understood how to maximise each one in order to get the full benefits. I never thought I would be able to do yoga or be able to enjoy it but under Mirellas guidance I was able to become more and more motivated, I have improved my strength, flexibility, balance, in-fact my fitness as a whole has improved in every aspect.     "I met Mirella on a surf/yoga retreat in Nicaragua that she was co-hosting. She was instantly warm, friendly & funny. This never changed throughout the entirety of the trip. She was unflappable, hilarious, easy to love. Her Ayurvedic knowledge was presented clearly, she gave us a nice overview of the practice. She also led yoga daily & her morning sessions were a great start to each day. They were somehow both calming & invigorating. One of the things I most enjoyed doing with her (besides traveling around cracking jokes) was creating my own mala bracelet that I still wear daily. She makes beautiful, inspired yogic jewelry & shared this talent with all of us on the retreat. We got to experience the joy of creation along with getting a lesson in deepening our practice using the mala beads for meditation. I look forward to crossing your path again one day my vata amiga!"
