Nestled in the beautiful village of Shutford, in the heart of the Cotswolds, The Beggars Barn, a large and luxurious venue has been expertly renovated and refurbished to the highest of standards, offering total comfort, quality, and privacy. It really is a home away from home!

As soon as you enter through the front doors of this luxurious, large country home and walk into a bright, spacious, and contemporary heated stone tiled reception hall, you will instantly feel at home.

If you are feeling run down and want to know how to feel and look your best again; if it seems like you are doing all the right things, but you are just not getting the health and fitness results you are looking for; if you have been diagnosed with a chronic illness, but want more answers on how to manage your pain and symptoms; if you are you experiencing low energy, digestive issues, or food cravings; or if you simply like to pamper yourself and look after your body, this retreat is perfect for you.

You will learn why detoxing can help you to start feeling your absolute best again, how detoxes work to boost your health, when to detox, and what sort of detox you should be doing to achieve optimal health. You will also learn all about the best foods to eat to nourish your body, experience physical activities with the personal trainer, and enjoy cook along demonstrations too!

All of these will be put together in a detox retreat work manual that will become your health and wellness go-to guide once you leave the retreat and this will make implementation simple. The exercises done during the retreat are also in the manual, so there are no decisions to make once you leave; the work is done and you can simply follow the action plan.

To make sure that you get the most out of this experience, you will also have a pre-detox and a post-detox kick start coaching call with a coach to help you with your mindset and to personalize your retreat so it is just right for you.

Her sessions not only improve your overall stamina and fitness level, but will help you feel more empowered and confident too. She started her company, Feel Good Fitness, because she wants to show people how to have a healthy balanced lifestyle, which is what she did, after recovering from an eating disorder.

She has always ran her own businesses but being an ambitious entrepreneur took its toll on her body and it started to collapse with chronic fatigue. The obvious advice from the general practitioner was to cut her working hours. She left the general practitioner's office believing this was not the way her life was going to end but she felt hopeless. The turning point came when she fell asleep while driving and decided to take her life into her own hands and started looking at the connection between food and health.

During this retreat, the chef will prepare gourmet whole foods to nourish your body and aid you in your detox. There will also be some shakes and juices, as well as a selection of foods and snacks. If you have any allergies, please let My Next Level Health know.

On Friday, dinner and drinks will be served upon arrival. On Saturday, you will enjoy delicious breakfast, lunch, dinner, and snacks, as well as water and herbal teas. On Sunday, a nourishing breakfast and a lunch to go will be offered.

    "Before speaking to Ahisha I was basically not eating anything all day and then eating biscuits in the evening. I had seen online how passionate she is about what she does and felt I really needed Ahisha's assistance so I didn't have any reservations; I felt I would be in the right hands. My one to one session was very informative and reiterated a few things I already knew but educated me about the importance of checking ingredients on food. Ahisha is so easy to talk to and it was easy telling her about a recent bereavement, despite how hard it is to talk about as this has affected my relationship with food. I am now back to eating three meals a day, with occasional snacks and no biscuits, and have exercised every day since our discussion. I have taken away some key things from the free session, such as more exercise, check food ingredients, stop eating biscuits every day, and have a cheat day so I don't feel deprived."
