Detox begins at 10:00 a.m. on the start day advertised. If you are traveling in from other islands or areas in Thailand please arrive one day prior.

Koh Phangan - the island

Pre-cleanse day includes:

• 2 liver flush drinks: a potent mixture of fresh orange juice, lime juice, garlic, ginger, extra virgin olive oil, and a dash of cayenne
• 2 alkalizing meals: 1 fruit salad and 1 vegetable salad to be selected from our special pre-cleanse menu

Included in this retreat is the free use of the Wellness Lounge, a healing oasis on the waterfront, equipped with hammocks and bean bags.
