This retreat was so fantastic. The yoga sessions were full of presence, love, power and peace. Anke is such a fantastic instructor. She made the whole group blossom and smile to life and to ourselves at every practice. The food was healthy, colorful and delicious, and the villa is cozy and with lovely pool area and quiet zones for meditation. I can't wait to come back next year.

The location of the villa, as well as the setting, are amazing: Kudos to the organizers! It takes little to start unwinding; the sessions are nicely in synch with the season; the yoga routine is quite fast and it helps relax. Overall a nice experience as it is my first!
