During Panchakarma, it is important to be in a comfortable and hygienic environment. Considering this, Shivani Ayurveda has their own hotel which provides comfortable stays for clients who come here to heal.
Hotel Shivani International is built right infront of the clinic and provides a safe, standardized stay with food included. The hotel has three-star facilities and provides spacious rooms with designer blinds, 10-inch spring mattress, large windows with non obstructed view from three sides, and private balcony for the guests. The rooms are divided into two categories: Premium and Executive.
The restaurant serving you Ayurvedic detox food will add to the comfort and standards of guests.
Program
At Shivani Ayurveda, you will most likely be recommended to go through a two-week Panchakarma therapy and then continue on with a customized program that targets healing the disease you are suffering from (if any).
After a detailed session of consultation and body analysis, they will prepare the cells of your body for Panchakarma. This will include a deep spa and massage treatments for up to 60 to 90 minutes. You will then be prescribed with cleansing herbs in accordance with your disease.
Alongside this, you will be provided nutritional guidelines, a sample diet, and psychological guidance, based on your body and mind type.
Basically, the participant will undergo these activities:
- Consultation - 60 -90 minutes
- Medication - Cleansing medicines of a higher dose
- Inclusions (75 to 90+ minutes)
- Swedana: Sauna and steam - 30 minutes
- External Snehana: Ayurvedic full body oil massage - 75 minutes
- Internal Snehana: Taking Ghee (purified butter) in the morning to clean your organs and body tissues
- Cleansing Ayurvedic herbs: Cleaning the organs according to your body needs

During this retreat, you will be provided with three detoxifying meals a day in the Dal Falco Restaurant. Dal Falco serves vegetarian meals for detoxification. It Is tridoshic food for all guests following Ayurvedic guidelines during the detoxification procedure.
The food is made using high-quality organic ingredients and can be served a la carte or customised detoxification food packages. The food served is cooked in pure ghee and only mildly spiced to keep its original taste. The wrong food combination is not mixed.
No milk product/cheese/ processed food/stimulants like coffee / black tea / are given in the intensive detoxification plans. The consumption of the alkaline diet with the minimum amount of stimulants helps the tongue clear of all the taste enhancers, preservatives, remove acid from the organs and blood and helps restore alkaline Ph. It enhances the procedure of Panchakarma.
