    The retreat was a great boost and just what I needed in order to meet autumn with lots of energy! The place itself is beautifully situated in a calm area where you can go for nice walks during breaks. The classes where very well organised by Japjeet - probably one of the best yoga teachers I have ever encountered (and I've had a few!), as well as were challenging and informative. I have learned a lot, met really nice people, and eaten lots of delicious vegan food thanks to the great cooking by Ingrid and Mathilda. This retreat exceeded my expectations and I would recommend to anybody looking for some time out from life's daily routine and stress.

    I went on this retreat in August 2016. The location had a pleasant ambiance because of the beautiful garden and surroundings. I learned a lot about Kundalini yoga and the Kundalini lifestyle. The program is focused on transformation and you could really see this happening in the group. The food was delicious! Accommodation was basic.

    It has been just a few weeks since I participated in the Excel and Celebrate retreat with Japjeet, Ingrid and 13 inspiring women from many different backgrounds and at different stages in their life experience. I am already noticing the differences in my life and feeling the benefits of this multi-faceted experience. I feel truly honored to have been able to participate in this life-changing course. Japjeet is a passionate, knowledgeable and 'human' teacher. She does not teach from a parapet, but is able to identify with and make time for every single woman in the room. The course was truly geared towards real-life situations allowing us to learn for ourselves simple ways to improve our current lives and relationships, based on the incredible Kundalini Yoga teachings. Japjeet is able to create an incredible atmosphere of love and trust, allowing women from many different walks of life to inspire and support one another on this journey of self-discovery. This is not your average yoga retreat - it brings up things, awakens new opportunities and ways of seeing - all in a totally supportive environment. Ingrid, our wonderful host has created a haven of love, peace and tranquility that is evident in the delicious food that she makes and the beautiful space that she has created. I have come home with a more open-hearted and joyful approach to life. Current challenges that I was experiencing in my relationship and my work feel much lighter. Stress and unease, that had become such a normal part of my life have reduced, and I have thus created more space for joy. I feel healthier, more energetic and inspired to create the life that I want for myself and my partner. This retreat is a true gift for any woman wanting to improve her life, health and relationships.

    What a week. So powerful, transforming, a real eye opener. Kundalini yoga already changed a great deal of my life but this women's' retreat was the cherry on the cake. Not that I’m ready, not that I arrived but it pushed me forward on this long road of finding peace with myself, with the world. I am a control freak but this retreat taught me so much about the importance of self care, about the differences between men and women and that we forgot and lost a great deal of our cultural ancient wisdom. Thank you, I am grateful. This week brought me closer to myself.

    What an intense Kundalini yoga weekend! I'm grateful for all the classes, training, and amazing KY-moments and people from the previous years that formed the preparation for this rebirthing weekend and enabled the positive intention I came with and the results I got from it. I'm amazed at the power of Kundalini yoga (this yoga is even more powerful and beautiful than I had ever realized; even though I started years ago with Kundalini yoga, this weekend was incredibly special!) and I deeply admire the way you guide people through this process, as it was quite a big group (which made it even more beautiful and powerful!) and a very intense and deep process!     Just a quick email to say how much Hilary and I enjoyed yesterday. You are a wonderful teacher. We both learned a lot and got so much from it. My intention is to do the left nostril breathing while I am on my travels to calm me down before my training and presenting sessions over the next two weeks. I can highly recommend the burnout and depression workshop. I was on yesterday's workshop and it was brilliant. Japjeet is a fantastic teacher, whatever your level of experience. A very generous and knowledgeable teacher who puts everything into everyday language. Fantastic experience!

I love the transformation of my mind, my whole body, and soul. I am healing from the old to a new me. I have realized it might take me some time for further practice and I am willing to learn.     Kundalini yoga is fantastic, it is completely holistic, and Shuniya Kundalini yoga's teacher Japjeet Kaur Khalsa is very authentic, she lives and breathes yoga. I have been doing yoga for years and I am so glad I have recently found this practice, I know it is really working to help balance the body system and strengthen the mind and spirit, if you like a challenge give it a go.

    "This 'Excel & Celebrate' programme has opened up a new world for me! It has given deeper meaning to my 'womanhood'. For the first time in my life I was told that a woman has eleven moon points and that the energy changes from moon point to moon point every two and a half days, in a fixed pattern that repeats itself every month. I learned that we can make our own personal graph which can help us so much, for example in planning our daily life (when to make important decisions and when not to, e.g. not when the moon energy is in a point that renders us insecure). I learned that this moon cycle is also the reason why men find us women so hard to fathom - because it makes us so complex. At least once a week I flip through the manual and every time I again feel the energy that we created as a group! I can only recommend to every woman out there to participate in this 'Excel & Celebrate' programme. Japjeet is an incredible teacher, I am grateful that she crossed my path!"

    I got to know Kundalini Yoga and Japjeet Kaur two years ago, during an 'Excel & Celebrate' weekend workshop. What I loved most about the workshop were the empathy within the group; the respect for each other, for oneself, and for All that Is; the power, connection and love; and the teachings behind this program. Meanwhile I've started taking Kundalini yoga classes twice a week and I feel the changes in my body - emotionally I'm a lot more balanced than I was two years ago. Japjeet Kaur is a patient and very stimulating teacher, who truly lives what she teaches. I can only recommend this workshop to anybody!

    Kundalini Yoga, through its versatility, has brought more structure and more depth to my life. I've been practicing Kundalini Yoga for a year now. At first I attended weekly classes, but slowly it became part of my daily life, through an intense but very harmonious process. To me Japjeet Kaur is a very inspiring woman, she has that female power, that Shakti, that our times so desperately need. Both the regular classes and Japjeet's women workshop 'Excel & Celebrate' are like an oasis where in deep honesty and vulnerability you can come closer to your essence and your womanhood, where you can share this process with other women, and where you can experience the sense of recognition and mutual support. I can only say: give yourself this gift.

    After having practiced Hatha Yoga for three years, I encountered Kundalini Yoga. What an immense difference! The difference doesn't just lie in the yoga form as such - which is much more dynamic - but mostly in its effects. I can see why Kundalini Yoga is called the mother form of yoga. Yoga, for me, is a way of release, it's where I can get rid of stress, where I can accept the past and be in the here and now. Where I can take some time out for myself. And believe me, that feels so good! I also attended Japjeet Kaur's women's program 'Excel & Celebrate.' I'm a rather introvert person, but I'm glad I decided to join that workshop. I learned so much about myself there, understood so much more about myself afterwards. I was surrounded by such kind, warm, loving people. We did some beautiful 'processes'. There were tears of sadness and support, but also of love, happiness and joy. I also discovered that sometimes there is so much pain and suffering 'hidden' where on the outside you would just see a strong, cheerful person. I'm not alone! The inspiring words from this program 'I Am a Woman, I Am Divine' and 'Bountiful, Blissful and Beautiful', are still with me.
