This retreat is perfect for you if you want to step up your eating regime to a diet that is truly going to serve you and allow you to be the healthiest and the happiest person you can be. Guided by Amanda Brocket, you will enjoy delicious healing plant-based foods while learning all the secrets of raw food and how to make them. Feel supported in the beautiful surrounds of Awaba Retreat and enjoy yoga, meditation, and special guest workshops. You’ll be blown away by how raw food does not mean sacrificing pleasure in food or having to be obsessed by calorie counting.
The accommodation consists of 8 beautifully furnished rooms that can cater to twin share or private room with own bathroom. There is a beautiful workshop or yoga space that overlooks the swimming pool and beautiful lush green forest.
In this retreat, you will get to experience raw food demonstrations so you can be armed with the “how to” when you get home and continue to experience your new found vitality with your own take home raw food recipes. You will learn how to easily nourish and heal your body with daily raw food workshops, yoga, meditation, and special guest workshops to help you understand the principles of mindset to make lasting changes.
The retreat will take place at Awaba Retreat, a unique boutique retreat nestled amongst state forest in Palmdale, on the Central Coast of New South Wales, Australia. Enjoy the difference of waking up slowly to the sound of the forest coming alive with beautiful bird life coming into song. Soak up the fresh, country air and take in the sweeping views of the lush green forest as you indulge in your weekend.
You can enjoy delicious healing plant-based foods while learning all the secrets of raw food. Raw vegan foods will be served for your breakfast, lunch, and dinner. There will also be dessert to enjoy.
