During this detox and yoga retreat, you will explore silent and noble silent periods (discussion and instructions will be given, and Rachel will be around to talk to if you need help). You will experience detox from all types of screens for the period of the retreat - this means no phones, iPads, tablets, and computers.
You will practice deep and ancient cleansing techniques for your body and mind (these ancient cleansing techniques are deep and effective, and they include nauli, kapal bhaiti, neti), yoga Nidra to relax the mind and body, and Yin yoga to slow down your mind and body, watching the ebb and flow of sensations and patterns.
You will have fun with moving meditations and art meditations and discussions, have the benefit of a small yoga library, and enjoy practicing yoga by the pool and on the beach. There is also the option for water sports, should the group decide that it would like to do them. Last but not least, you will enjoy Laughter yoga.
Everything is optional, so long as it is discussed with Rachel. Please do not feel pressured by anything; the group can work with any situation or issue.
